Sorry for being hiatus for quite sometimes. We were busy moving out to new house. Till today there were still lotsa things left at our rental apartment unit. And here 2 new house...sepah lagi ok! tak abes kemas lg..byk btol brg2 nyer....nk buat 2 tempat at one time mmg la penat.

Ni I dah sakit belakang and sakit bahu kanan ni...injured sana sini....hahaha

Esok dh kene keje. Last week cuti 4 hari pon x cukup. Rase nk cuti sebulan jek :D. Btw, I will upload our house pictures again once btol2 complete and dh siap kemas. Right now, byk x siap lg. Kitchen cabinet blom pasang granite lagi. Dining table x beli lagi. Wardrobe baru pon xsempat beli. Apatah lagi katil and tilam baru. Sumer nye x sampai lg...

Sorry for not updating the blog lately. Been busy with our house thingy. Nak cpt2 pindah umah ni. Yesterday, went to picked up all downlights and lamps that we bought becos our contractor wanna fix all the downlights, lamps n fans Bukan tu je, contractor lain nk dtg pasang grille gak. Ni I tgh melangut dok tgk dorg pasang. Nak kene sambung esok lg..Ada yg x siap lg ni.. Will upload pictures later....


Ok some pictures of the house....

Veteran singer Khadijah Ibrahim shares a simple snack served at her restaurant, Khadijah's Kitchen.

• 150g plain flour
• 1 ½ tsp parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp dry prawns (blended)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• 4 tbsp ikan bilis (more according to preference)
• Hot water
• Oil for frying

Sauce

• 10 dried chillies
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp vinegar

Method

Batter

1. Mix all ingredients in hot water. The consistency of the batter must be slightly runny.
2. Heat oil in a wok. 
3. Take a tablespoon of batter and spoon it into the oil. 
4. Fry until it turns slightly brown.

Sauce

1. Blend chillies and garlic together. Then in a frying pan, let it cook.
2. Add tomato sauce and vinegar and let it simmer until the sauce turn darker. 
3. Then add sugar and salt to taste.

After a year of waiting, finally today is the day. I'll be going there this afternoon to collect the keys.

We are so excited to step into our new home. I hope there are no major defects...

After i don't know how many times we went into various electronic stores reviewing many types of LCD, Plasma and LED Tv, finally we got what we want. Alhamdulillah, ini antara hasil-hasil usaha part-time business both of us.

The store that won our heart and manage to convince all doubts was Harvey Norman, Pavilion. At first there were many brands and model in our list, lucky us, the sales person was very helpful in giving information and we got what we need. Siap bagi 2+3 years warranty lagi..

Obviously 32" Tv was so yesterday. Since size does matter nowadays, 42" seems to be a better choice (tahan dugaan tak payah tukar tv baru lama la skit). The 42" Tv is from Philips. From our many visit to electronic stores, Philips will always be in the top 2 brands recommended by the sales person.

It is a LCD and not a Plasma. Though many will go with Plasma if to be given a choice. We have our own reason. First and foremost, the basic reason owning a TV is to comfortably watching it and compared to Plasma, there are no/less reflection on LCD. Yes, they might have a slightly clearer image (since Plasma is using analog) but if the reflection keep on bugging you during your movie, it will definitely be very annoying. LCD will catch-up eventually when astro switch to digital (well, it might take 1-2years). We can wait..

The 42PFL7409/98 LCD Philips Tv is categorized as 'high range model' in terms of specifications in its' kind. We have on our Tv a built-in USB slot that can play videos (including pictures and music of course). Not to forget the 'Natural motion technology' that eliminate juddering effects that are visible with movie based picture content. HD Natural Motion estimates motion in the picture and corrects juddering movements in both broadcast and recorded movie material (such as DVD and Blu-ray Disc). The resulting smooth motion reproduction and excellent sharpness take the viewing experience to a higher level.


We got what we wanted..and will enjoy it~! 

Yeahhh.....as I mentioned in my previous entry..yesterday afternoon I had Christmas party at my office..I mean my ex-office...

I went out early to have pre-lunch with my ex-colleagues. We had to wait all the bosses then we could start the party.
