Dah lama x gi tgk movie....this time nak pegi tgk and this movie pon masa my birthday kan...hihi
Meh tgk synopis nye..

Review: Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa

Actually we have watched since last week...but lupe la plakkan nk review psl citer ni.
Hmm, by the way it's a very good story produced by KRU. At first when you watch, you won't expect that would be a Malay movie. It's something different from current Malay movies. Language not only Malay but mix la English, Chinese. And pelakon2 dorg pon campur2 kire ada Rom, Chinese, Malay, etc.
Basically, the storyline pun follow the history la kan. But I'm not really sure on Merong's history though. Dalam website KRU ni ada la synopsis about this movie:

Based loosely on the 16th century historical document entitled ‘The Malay Annals’, ’The Chronicles of Merong Mahawangsa’ is an action-packed epic feature film, with mythical characters, magical moments and dazzling visual-effects sequences. Merong Mahawangsa was a descendant of Alexander the Great, a renowned naval captain and traveler who came to Asia several hundred years ago.
The year is 120 AD… a time when the Roman Empire is at the height of its power, during the reign of Hadrian – one of the Five Good Emperors. Meanwhile in China, the Han Dynasty is firmly cemented as the ruling empire and is expanding into Central Asia… one hundred years before the period of the Three Kingdoms. As the Roman fleet did their repairs and traded in Goa, they asked Merong Mahawangsa to escort a Roman prince to Southeast Asia, to wed a beautiful Chinese princess from the Han Dynasty. The Chinese princess and the Roman prince are supposed to meet halfway and be married on neutral grounds.
However, the pirate nation of Geruda had other plans. They decided to kidnap the Chinese princess and use her as ransom. En route to the Straits of Melaka, Merong Mahawangsa’s fleet was attacked by Geruda’s forces while stopping at a small island to replenish supplies.
Will Merong Mahawangsa be able to rescue the Princess and re-unite her with her betrothed in a marriage that is set to bring together two great civilizations from the East and West ?
I would suggest you all pegi la tengok the movie. Worth it ok! Plus support la jugak industri kite ni. Ok! Rating i bagi 8/10. Lagi 2 tu xsuke part cermin tu la...merapu and ada la nampak fake sikit. Satu lagi..org dok sebelah i MasyaAllah.....bau nye....xtahan lerr....xleh nk enjoy sgt tgk cite ni sbb bau yg tidak menyenangkan.

Last night, we watched Twilight and New Moon...back-to-back before watching Eclipse. Have to recap back the stories, otherwise we'll forget the storyline..:D
Started watched at 10.00pm...with Twilight
This is the romantic movie! I loike! kissing kissing and kissing.hahaha. Ok some piccas of Twilight. Saje amek takde keje.:D
And continued watching New Moon until 2.00am..
New Moon nyampah sikit tgk sbb I x suke Jacob..hahaha..ngn si Bella yang tamak haloba ni.Kalo baca buku ni dah lama skip part Jacob.Kui kui kui. Ni gmbr2 from New Moon plak. Xde la byk. xkoser nk menunggu every scene. Kang terbyk le plakkan.
Then, will be continued watching Eclipse at cinema. Prolly right now! Yeay!

How was the story? Any Comments?
From the plot summary that I googled mainly about pregnancy:
After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for the right one is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan, makes an appointment and decides to go it alone. On the day of her artificial insemination, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O’Loughlin) – a man with real possibilities.
Trying to nurture a budding relationship and hide the early signs of pregnancy becomes a comedy of errors for Zoe and creates confusing signals for Stan. When Zoe nervously reveals the reason for her unpredictable behavior, Stan commits fully and says he’s in. Never before has love seen a courtship where a wild night of sex involves three in a bed – Stan, Zoe and the ever-present massive pregnancy pillow. Or, where “date night” consists of being the “focal point” at a near-stranger’s water birth which does for kiddie pools what “Jaws” did for swimming in the ocean. The real pregnancy test comes when both of them realize they really don’t know each other outside of hormonal chaos and birth preparations. With the nine month clock ticking, both begin to experience cold feet. Anyone can fall in love, get married and have a baby but doing it backwards in hyper-drive could be proof positive that they were made for each other.
For me, the story board was interesting but I don't like on the delivery part....I don't know the real situation but it kinda gross and weird like that...

At first...planning nak pegi this event with my hubby...but since he has to go outstation to Terengganu this weekend...so I have to find my fren to accompany me la kan....Cari punye cari....last last Naimah jugak yg free....
Gatsby Street Fair ni was held at Front foyer, Ground floor, Berjaya Times Square from 10.00am till 5.00pm++...
This gathering gonna be in Malaysia Book of Records for The Largest Bloggers Gathering with Gatsby Deodorant Street Fair!
You can see there are lotsa people queueing for registration....ramai gile hoke! sibbaik I beratur line yang betul...

Mase tgh dok seronok men games....ade plak ceremony for Malaysia Book of Record...so all of the bloggers kene gather kt stage area la kan.....
Ni plak Naimah tgh dok men macam ala-ala Gladiator!
anddddd finally.....si kaki panjang!!! I tatau apa blog dia ke kan..nama pon tau Khairil Nizam la rasenye...sbb dia dapat lucky draw...Canon Camera....
While waiting...we went for prayers and came back to the event....
Then...there were 2 sessions for lucky draw....1 kol 2.30pm...1 lagi kol 5.00pm camtuh....Naimah was one of the lucky one dpt lucky draw gift! Although xde la hebat mana...tp dpt la gakkan....She got Mini Media Player! I was not lucky enough...hehe..xper laa...and Congrats to other bloggers yang bertuah dpt hadiah2 lucky draw yerk....
Around 5.30pm++ we all went back home...time ni kaki dah sakit..hahaha...
Overall we had a blast and great fun day! Sangat best! Pasni nak join lagi....

Planning for EidulFitr 2010

This year, my family are planning to celebrate EdiulFitr outside the country that is Kashmir + Taj Mahal...huhu....such a great place....
Let see...
1) Taj Mahal
I'm ok with Taj Mahal...but to go there..is such the worst place that you have to face before reach Taj Mahal...am not sure whether this is a good idea during Raya day...but Taj Mahal is very unique and one of the seven wonders of the world!
2) Kashmir
Kashmir is such a beautiful places that I've wanted to go...but am not sure whether this place is safe right now since they have been fighting each other to get the place...Hopefully it's ok by then...
Other options are Gold Coast or Perth.....hmmm...waiting for decision...Else we're celebrating at our new crib only....:)

They're here..!! at this time of the year, every year... Petronas will showcase their F1 cars.. not to forget the this year's drivers, the famous Micheal Schumacher and Nico Rosberg. Lucky me, the venue is just across the road from my office. I don't actually have to go there to see it, I can see them from my office's balcony. At first the concert was a bit annoying (with the loud speakers and stuff..), but after a few days we got the hang of it..
Admission is free. Performances by local artists...
