Another Step Closer - Loose Fitting Installation.. & Permission to Renovate

At last after many of times pressuring the developer, i've managed to get the joint-loose fittings installation. The delay were caused by slow defect rectifications. Like many new houses, my house are amongst those which need repairs. Lucky us, only minor rectifications needed such as re-painting and re-aligning vinyl floors.

Why we want to this as soon as possible? The answer is, only after loose fittings installations, we are allowed to do renos.. This is the rule set by our developer. To avoid misunderstandings and finger pointings. Only after knowing that the house is free from defect, we are allowed to proceed with whatever renos we want.

To be honest, i'm satisfied with the designs.. But still have to wait for the after installations finishing .. crossing fingers..xxx..

There's many other you can search out there. Frankly speaking, ours is not good contractor. i mean the services.
