Daily Exercise

Since azam nak kurus menjadi no 1, everyday i'll make sure myself exercise. Usually 30 mins aerobic la yang i akan buat. My current aerobic yang ni: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1.


I akan buat around 6.30pm cmtu so that bole rest jap and after that bole terus mandi and solat sumer kan. And that time pon hubby selalu bawak Ayser kuar for walking.

If i rasa rajin terlebih kan, in the morning i buat this yoga from Jillian jugak: Jillian Michales: Yoga Meltdown Level 1. Around 30 mins jugak.


Rest day depends la jugak kan. Saturday & Sunday la usually i buat. Sometimes i ada buat la Abs exercise ke cycling ke. Ikut rajin and timing and juga my son tu. Later will share more exercise video yang i follow yer. :)
