Self-Treat.. Homemade Grilled Lamb Shoulder..

Its Sunday night treat!! ... after a wedding in Kelana Jaya, we made a quick stop at Las Vacas and bought few slices of Lamb Shoulder + couple of Apple Pies..

I'd pan-grilled the meat on a non-stick pan. For well-done serving, I was advised to cook 5 mins a side. Loved the way they marinate the meat.. Seriously we appreciate the taste..

I feel sad for the broccoli though, i kept them too long in the fridge..

    Hehehe.. sedap, kalo free pegi la singgah Las Vaca tuh.. Kalau risau grilled sendiri tak jadi boleh makan kat sana.. Meat tu dari farm dia sendiri. Confirm fresh.
