Susu Ayser Zarif

As promised, today's entry is about what's inside of my deep freezer.

Alhamdulillah as of now, I'm still fully breastfeeding my baby. Fully breastfeeding means no inteference of other source of food i.e formula milk, plain water etc since lps sedar dari C-sect. I managed to say no Formula Milk to the nurses.

Kalau nak citer pasal breastfeeding ni...frankly speaking i hampir give up. But semangat dan sokongan daripada my frens i masih gagah BF my baby until today.


Ni bole tengok stok2 EBM as of 30 June 2012 (dah 3/4 full of 175Liter Deep Freezer). Almost 1 month ago. InsyaAllah kalo ada masa terluang akanku snap latest stoknye picture. As of today gak, EBM yang bawak ke nursery bulan May punye lagi. Stok2 ni bole cover up to 3 months.

Alhamdulillah rezeki Allah nak bagi kepada Ayser Zarif. Syukur sangat2 yang tak terhingga. Walaupun productionku xde la semeriah org lain but I'm sure that Allah bagi ni memang cukup untuk my baby and no need to wastekan. Sometimes byk sgt sampai kene buang kan. So, kene yakin dengan rezeki Allah. InsyaAllah susu cukup.


Stok2 untuk Ramadhan. Sediakan payung sebelum hujankan. Mana la tau dugaan Allah nanti. Sementara ada banyak ni kite simpan la kan.

InsyaAllah dengan izin Allah semoga dapat la susukan Ayser Zarif sampai umurnya 2 tahun. Ameennn...

    like 100x.... byk2 lagi kumpul stok k...
    now asyer dah minum berape botol kat nursery? still at 3oz kan?

    ko satu plastic tu ko isi berape? aku isi 200 ml je.. sbb nk kasi leper... sng nk susun n boleh muat lagi byk..

    Bibi: hehe...masih berusaha ni...Ayser still maintain minum 3oz x 5 botol kt nursery...tu klo aku sampai kol 7 lebih la...skang ni poser smp awal..so kdg2 4 botol kdg2 5 botol. tp anak aku klo ngn aku mmg dia kuat minum asik nk mengempeng jek. ni dia dh nak 6 bulan ni..rase tgh growth spurt sbb minum byk sgt...aku xsabo lak nk start bg dia solid food.

    storage ni aku isi full ikut sukatan dia laa..klo 12oz..12oz la aku isi...mmg kembung2 la..xmembazir ke isi sikit2 jek?

    shah... kalo ko isi kurang sket..cam aku..aku isi dlm 8 oz je gitu... so that ko boleh leper kan.. and lagi byk boleh susun dlm deep freezer..
