It is a good move.. Now, us the resident, can at least know their background and nationalities. These past few years, you can see all sort of people 'guarding' houses and premises.. where on earth did they get these people from.. some of them really bring problems rather than safety.. Nepalese are quite reliable and easy to manage I would say..
