Prices range from RM44-RM77. There are family and group packages as well as concessions for lap seating and OKU (disabled) cardholders.
For ticketing, call (03) 7960-0439 or go to www.applause.org.my.

Tips & Guides: How To Change A Flat Tyre
Posted by ZuLaiShah in Information/Knowledge, Motoring on Thursday, April 21, 2011
This is important to for us. :)
1. Immediately slow down the speed of your vehicle and steer it safely off the road. Take note that a blown tyre interferes with the vehicle's steering and proper handling.
2. Have your car parked on a flat area. Do not try to jack your car while you are on a sloping surface, as this will pose as a serious threat for your safety since your car will not have proper balance.
3. Turn off the car and immediately turn on the emergency lights and apply the parking brake. Using the emergency lights will make your disabled vehicle more visible, especially at night.
4. Be sure that your car is in gear. If you have an automatic gear, be sure that it is on ''park (P).''
5. Get the necessary tools out of the trunk of your vehicle. You will need a good spare tyre, car jack, lug tool, a jack stand and a block for the tires.
6. Use the lug tool to loosen the lug nuts on the tyre before you jack the vehicle up, loosen them in order.
7. Use the car jack to carefully raise the front or rear end of the vehicle. You will need to raise the vehicle high enough so that you can remove the flat tyre. If you are not sure how to the use the jack, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
There are several types of jacks and different ways to use them.
8. Make sure you close the car door, booth and bonnet before jacking the car. Not doing so may cause minor distortions in the vehicle chases. This is especially true if the booth or fuel tank is full. Doors might not be able to be close properly if you ignore this.
9. Remove the lug nuts and put them aside carefully.
10. Remove the flat tyre from the vehicle and put it aside.
11. Place the spare tyre onto the hub, making sure to align the holes in the tyre to the studs that are sticking out.
12. Remember to place the tyre with the air valve facing you. If you don't see the air valves you may have put the tyre on backwards.
13. Replace the lug nuts and tighten them in the same fashion in which you loosened them.
14. Slowly lower the jack all the way down. Use the lug tool to tighten all of the lug nuts. Make sure that they are all tightened securely.
15. Place the flat tyre and tools in the boot.
16. The flat tyre should be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

CHOLESTEROL!
Posted by ZuLaiShah in Health, Information/Knowledge on Tuesday, April 19, 2011
What's actually cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that occurs naturally in all parts of the body. Your body needs some cholesterol to work properly. But if you have too much in your blood, it can stick to the walls of your arteries. This is called plaque. Plaque can narrow your arteries or even block them.
This videos will explain more about cholestrol.
Cholesterol isn't inherently "bad," but too much of it can cause a plethora of problems! Therefore, if you're fat doesn't mean that you have high cholesterol. Even thin person also has high cholesterol. Go for medical check up to know whether you have high cholesterol or not.

Another Sabah Trip.. - Sandakan
Posted by ZuLaiShah in aLL abOuT WorK, Information/Knowledge, Travel
Yup, another work trip to Sabah, this time it's Sandakan.
Sandakan is only 20 mins away from Sepilok. Always wanted to go but just didn't get the opportunity yet.
This time around, our client was so kind (i'm dead serious) where they brought us for a seafood dinner. We had Flower Crabs (full of meat), Tiger Prawn, Garoupa and etc... Such a great feast...
The best part of the trip was the "Lobster Noodles". and it was a lunch thingy the next day..
I have tried so called Lobster dish at Victoria Station and it was nothing compared to this one.. So fresh and juicy... I can't really recognize the taste, something similar to prawn and crab..
Really look forward to return to Sandakan..

Lahad Datu Work Trip..
Posted by ZuLaiShah in aLL abOuT WorK, Information/Knowledge, Travel on Sunday, April 10, 2011
Of course it was a business trip...I had to supervise a training session in Lahad Datu, Sabah.
Once arrived in K. Kinbalu, we had to take a connecting flight (a smaller plane) to Lahad Datu.. It was quite an experience flying with MAS Wings. The time period between the two flights were so close we had to ran to make it before the departure time. Something like 'Amazing Raze'... Even our bag were not load onto the designated compartment, the staff has to manually handcarry them... Hahaha..
Basically, they lived in their boat. Some has 5-7 family members. Everything is done right there in the 'boat', Cooking, washing, sleeping, eating and etc. Don't be surprised, this picture was taken right smack in Lahad Datu town.
The picture above is not them selling shirts. They actually drying them.. I was told that these people don't have nationality, most of them migrated from the Phillipines (20 mins by boat from Lahad Datu) and decide to stay in Malaysia. Of course there are no special privileges given.
It was pure experience being in Lahad Datu.

It will be held on April 16 from 9.30am-12.15pm.

Top 10 Car Parts Likey To Fail
Posted by ZuLaiShah in Information/Knowledge, Motoring
Attention!! especially ladies...we dont know all about car so much....These are parts that always cause you trouble...
So, take note and at least we know how to handle when it happen.
Manufacturer new car warranties only cover material or manufacturing defects because wear-related failures increase in frequency as a vehicle ages and moves outside the traditional three-year cover period.
The Warranty Direct data shows that even small parts which will wear out over time – like the bearings in a water pump – could set you back an average of £209 (RM1,045) to fix. Meanwhile, larger components like gearboxes cost on average £1,378.65 (around RM7,000) to put right.
Don't know what's that thingy term....hehe...just google it :D
