Outstation in KL - Kemaman - K.Terengganu - Kemaman - KL..

I was involved in a pilot project in Kemaman last weekend. Sadly, I had to leave my wife for 4 days, kesian dia..tinggal kat rumah sorang-sorang.. Anyway, sacrifices has to be made to move forward in life..kan?.. Both, my colleague and I left KL at about 6.00am to avoid traffic congestions especially on MRR2. The journey was smooth with an average speed of 140km/h. We arrived in Kemaman early at around 10.00am, ..make a quick stop at the project site and head to K. Terengganu for a short meeting. On our way back to Kemaman, we stop at Marang for a break.. I ordered 'Sotong Goreng Tepung' and 'Keropok Lekor' to isi perut yang sudah lapar..

The scenery was very pleasing.. angin pun nyaman.. we can see Pulau Kapas from there..

That day, we check-in at Lagend Hotel, Cherating not too far from Kemaman.. We got a villa room, with balcony facing to the sea.. To be honest, i'm not satisfied with the room, everything was old.. even the bathroom is not up to expectation.. since the company pays for it.. duduk saje la.. view from my room..

Early Friday morning, we head to the project site.. on our way there we stop for nasi dagang for breakfast..

That night, after googleing some website for seafood recommendation, we head to Cherating Beach looking for a Chinese cuisine seafood restaurant called Duyong Restaurant. It's hidden from the road, so it's a bit tricky finding it. We ordered nasi with 'Butter Cheese Crab', 'Steam Garoupa' and 'Sizzling Beancurd'..The food was good especially the 'butter cheese crab'..

On Saturday morning, we stop at Hai Peng Kopitiam for breakfast... then proceed with our works..

Since the work can't be completed on time, I had to stay for one more night and this time we went for HomeStay Hotel located in the heart of Chukai Town.. It's a small hotel/motel but very nice and modern.. should i have to give a rating for it, i'm giving 7/10 for 'business hotel' category..

We were recommended a halal Chinese restaurant in Kemaman that serve seafood. That night we had rice with stuffed-crab, deep fried prawn and kangkong belacan.. We were satisfied with the food, I enjoyed the prawn very much..

The next day, we quickly completed all the outstanding works and head back to KL... We left Kemaman at 6.45pm and with an average speed of 150kmph, we reach KL at 8.45pm..(at your own risk) Tired but satisfied with our work.. nanti kena pegi lagi.. no doubt.. Kemaman, we'll meet again.. soon..

Gatsby Street Fair Event - Saturday~~

At first...planning nak pegi this event with my hubby...but since he has to go outstation to Terengganu this weekend...so I have to find my fren to accompany me la kan....Cari punye cari....last last Naimah jugak yg free....

Gatsby Street Fair ni was held at Front foyer, Ground floor, Berjaya Times Square from 10.00am till 5.00pm++...

This gathering gonna be in Malaysia Book of Records for The Largest Bloggers Gathering with Gatsby Deodorant Street Fair!

You can see there are lotsa people queueing for registration....ramai gile hoke! sibbaik I beratur line yang betul...

That's me tgh register and take the lucky draw form for me and my fren...

We got a goodie bag yang hanya berisi T-shirt Gatsby and kipas ni....T-shirt we all kene pakai time tu..so sarung aje la kan....

There's a lot of games for us to play today.....nmpk ujung skali yg tinggi tuh....haa tu cam rock climbing laa.....

Actually....xde sapa yg we all kenal...hahaha...yela..I ni pon xde la famous...so time ni jumpe la Zaffril...my MMU senior...ade la gakkan yg dikenali...bole la mtk tolong dia amek gambo la kan...sempat laa kitorg dua org ni berposing.....

Then, we have to play around with all sorts of games....baling gelung laa...pattering la...bowling gune buah kelapa laa...tembak2..snake & ladder....pc games & etc....

Gambar I cam sah2 la xde yek..sape laa nk amek gambo aku klo aku men game nye....yg enterprem byk Zaffril & Naimah je laa yer....tgk la ni dorang dok men games....kitorg kene kumpul points...klo menang ke lps points tertentu dpt laa points coupon....kene kumpul byk2 so that lps tu bole redeem Gatsby nye barang2.....xsempat nak snap2 brg2 nye laa....and kemalasan nk snap pon...hehehe

Mase tgh dok seronok men games....ade plak ceremony for Malaysia Book of Record...so all of the bloggers kene gather kt stage area la kan.....

After that, we continued playing the games...ni I perkenalkan Zaffril!

anddddd finally.....si kaki panjang!!! I tatau apa blog dia ke kan..nama pon tau Khairil Nizam la rasenye...sbb dia dapat lucky draw...Canon Camera....

While waiting...we went for prayers and came back to the event....

Then...there were 2 sessions for lucky draw....1 kol 2.30pm...1 lagi kol 5.00pm camtuh....Naimah was one of the lucky one dpt lucky draw gift! Although xde la hebat mana...tp dpt la gakkan....She got Mini Media Player! I was not lucky enough...hehe..xper laa...and Congrats to other bloggers yang bertuah dpt hadiah2 lucky draw yerk....

Around 5.30pm++ we all went back home...time ni kaki dah sakit..hahaha...

Overall we had a blast and great fun day! Sangat best! Pasni nak join lagi....

Having a house also headache gak bile part2 nk kene design/renovate/furnishing it....pening makkkkk

I belek2 magazine ID ni..ade la a few kitchen design yg I interested....

Sumer black and white je kan...hehe...nk modern design...and simple...xnk sarat2 nie....anyone ade suggestion x.....???

Acupuncture~~

I went for acupuncture last Tuesday...there's one Pusat Urut Tradisional Yuan, Sri Petaling...The doctor actually for national athletes....

I went there because my shoulder pain so much because of....haa inilah kekdah nye....bgn kengkonon nk stretching...haa amek ko...terus tergeliat....smp 2 ari xbaik2....last2 pegi la acupuncture nie....

FYI....ni ade laa info pasal acupuncture...

Acupuncture is a component of the health care system of China that can be traced back at least 2,500 years. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of energy flow (Qi) through the body that are essential for health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for disease. Acupuncture may, it has been theorized, correct imbalances of flow at identifiable points close to the skin.

The practice of acupuncture to treat identifiable pathophysiological (disease) conditions in American medicine was rare until the visit of President Richard M. Nixon to China in 1972. Since that time, there has been an explosion of interest in the United States and Europe in the application of the technique of acupuncture to Western medicine.

Acupuncture is a family of procedures involving stimulation of anatomical locations on or in the skin by a variety of techniques. There are a variety of approaches to diagnosis and treatment in American acupuncture that incorporate medical traditions from China, Japan, Korea, and other countries. The most thoroughly studied mechanism of stimulation of acupuncture points employs penetration of the skin by thin, solid, metallic needles, which are manipulated manually or by electrical stimulation.

Yang i kene cucuk on my shoulder area....2 jarum sebelah kanan and 2 jarum sebelah kiri...macam nie...

Pastu kene eletrik.....pastu fisio terapi and tabib tu massage...haaa....skang ni tempat terseliuh dh ok...tp tempat yg kene cucuk jarum tu bengkak la plakkan...sbb tabib tu massage kuat gile ok! nak terpengsan rasenye....

Before this dah penah pegi dah..which was last 4 years ago...kakiku terseliuh....dh pegi urut bagai x jalan gak..last cucuk la ngn jarum....5 batang jarum per kaki ok....mase tu sakit gilos.....nangis guwe....hahaha....

Hopefully my shoulder ni cepat la recover......ameennnnn

Planning for EidulFitr 2010

This year, my family are planning to celebrate EdiulFitr outside the country that is Kashmir + Taj Mahal...huhu....such a great place....

Let see...

1) Taj Mahal

I'm ok with Taj Mahal...but to go there..is such the worst place that you have to face before reach Taj Mahal...am not sure whether this is a good idea during Raya day...but Taj Mahal is very unique and one of the seven wonders of the world!

2) Kashmir

Kashmir is such a beautiful places that I've wanted to go...but am not sure whether this place is safe right now since they have been fighting each other to get the place...Hopefully it's ok by then...
